The brainchild of Australian expat Josh Scott Benson, Bystro Dubai first opened its doors in Al Safa in April 2014. With the mission of consistently providing an honest and thoughtful offering served with passion and integrity, Bystro is open daily from 8am until 9pm, except on Sundays when they close early at 5pm.
Coffee-wise, Bystro source their beans from the local Encounter Roastery. The baristas will craft a hot or cold coffee with soy, almond, and oat milk for those who prefer and there are a variety of speciality coffees available.
Food-wise, there are an array of dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner – including plenty of healthy, vegetarian, and vegan options, alongside cheat-day-worthy plates and desserts.
Insider tip: Free WiFi available. Family-friendly with kids play corner and auto-locking door to prevent the little ones escaping out onto the road. No outdoor seating area.
