Dubai chefs unite in support of the victims of the Turkey and Syria earthquake

In light of the 7.8 magnitude earthquake that struck Turkey, Syria, and Lebanon, some of the UAE’s most prominent locally-based chefs have come together to host three collaborative dinners in partnership with the Rikas Group.  

Taking place on Sunday, 19 February, at 8 pm across the three restaurants at the Emirates Towers in Dubai and in collaboration with Emirates Red Crescent, each dinner will be priced at 750 AED per person. All of the proceeds will go to support those affected by the devastating earthquake, through the Emirates Red Crescent.

At La Cantine, Ossiano’s chef Gregoire Berger, Marea’s chef Yunus Emre Aydin, and Chef Sara Aqel founder of Dara in Amman will serve a multi-course French Mediterranean dining experience.

Gohan will serve a special Japanese menu curated by chef Reif Othman of Reif Kushiyaki, chef Solemann Haddad of Moonrise, and chef Hadrien Villedieu of the Rikas Group. 

Lastly, at the Moroccan inspired restaurant, Ninive, guests can expect a Middle Eastern dining experience curated by Bait Maryam’s chef Salam Dakkak, Orfali Bros Bistro’s Mohamad Orfali and Ninive’s chef Ahmed Ali.
