Tucked away between the oldest and most significant building in Abu Dhabi – Qasr Al Hosn, and the Cultural Foundation, Erth Restaurant is a stunning new addition to the Abu Dhabi dining scene. Open today from January 11 for lunch and dinner, Erth is an ode to Emirati culture…

“Inspired by local values, creative modern techniques, and genuine authentic energy” the food menu features beautifully-plated creations that fuse together modern cuisine and Emirati flavours. The produce has been sourced from local farms across Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and Hatta.

Meanwhile, the stunning space has been designed by the UAE-based BONE Studio and features collaborations with local talents including Aljoud Lootah, Khalid Shafar, Zuleya, and more. There’s a pretty waterside terrace overlooking Al Hosn, and an inside space “inspired by the look and feel of a traditional majlis.”
