The Italian Supper at Fabio & Flavio’s
If eating pizza sounds like heaven, then this supper club is for you. Fabio and Flavio host The Social AperiPizza. It’s a gathering in a beautiful apartment located in Downtown Dubai overlooking Burj Khalifa. Supper club guests will have the opportunity to try all of their signature pizzas, then pick their favorites, and will be able to keep eating pizza throughout the night while they mingle and enjoy an array of drinks. Keep in mind it’s not a table service like regular supper clubs, it’s more of a nice social concept for everyone to engage and eat authentic Neapolitan pizza all night long.
The Pasta Dining Experience at Jo’s Kitschen
Ever wanted to indulge in a 5-course dinner of pure pasta? Now’s your chance. Jo, a Lebanese-German superstar, has created The Pasta Dining Experience of our dreams. The dinner doesn’t consist of any traditional Italian dishes, but instead, she uses fresh pasta (100% homemade and hand-cut) as a vehicle to create unique dishes from all over the world. Jo emphasizes the importance of incorporating only local and organic ingredients in all of her pasta dishes. Her dinners hold up to eight guests. There are also pasta-making classes available for up to six people, where guests can spend the day making three different types of pasta then sit down, indulge, and feast.
Kouzina at Dragan’s
Dragan’s supper club is 101% Mediterranean. The menu changes seasonally and consists of a full 7-course feast. He hosts 10 people a night and transports them from the coast of Dalmatian, Croatia, his birthplace, all the way to flavours from the Chania city of Crete in Greece, where he grew up working at a restaurant. Guests can expect dishes like his famous, freshly baked pull-apart bread with rosemary and cheese, served with the Balkan condiment of Ajvar that he buys from a local Balkan grocer.
Girl and the Goose at Gabriela Chamorro’s
A supper club that will transport you to Nicaragua, Gabriela Chamorro has created a contemporary and health-conscious take on this rich cuisine. Located in Dubai Marina, guests can expect beautifully plated dishes like aguachile, pastelito de polo, and tortillas made from scratch (made purely from corn dough). After a six-month hiatus of exploring and completing a culinary specialization, Gabriela is back to hosting and plans to take the supper club to the next level and expand her creative horizons while staying true to her Latin American roots.
The Secret Supper Club at Kuv's
Kuv’s Secret Supper Club was one of the first supper clubs to pop up in the city, and until now, most of the details are kept tightly under wraps – with the location revealed 24 hours before every dinner. Architect-turned-chef, Kuv has created dishes that are constantly changing and pay tribute to a myriad of cultures. The supper club is an invite-only affair and you can express interest to join through Instagram DM.
Hawker Boi
Who or what is a Hawkerboi? The mystery chef’s supper clubs always sell out in minutes. They are always hosted in secret locations. Each dish is always cooked using only fire. Inspired by the street food in Singapore and Hong Kong, some of the dishes included a soft shell crab doughnut, 24-hour Wagyu short rib, a huge Singaporean seafood tower, and a crowd favorite, the Elon Musk-inspired flamethrower duck (you read it right). His supper clubs only seat eight, but he recently joined forces with EatX and launched a restaurant in Dubai's JLT…
Tanos at 8
Tanos at 8 consists of bold Spanish flavours and Syrian Lebanese hospitality by a dynamic duo and couple, Sultan and Kinda. They use fresh local ingredients and their menu changes every few weeks. Nonetheless, guests can expect signature dishes like squid ink paella, truffle striploin carpaccio, and burnt Basque cheesecake. Catering is also available.
The couple participated in the Battle of the Burgers in the UAE, where they won the title of the best burger in the UAE, and participated in the World Food Championships in Dallas, where their burger was voted the third globally. Fancy a taste of it? Good news: The folks behind Tanos at 8 launched their own burger joint in Dubai – Eleven Green.
A Woman’s Table
Maiz Tacos, Luma’s Cakes and Good Burger’s co-founder Luma Makhlouf launched an empowering supper club for women in the country to come together and connect over delicious Palestinian food. The supper club hosts dinners every month at different locations with a target on female business owners, creatives, and anyone who is disrupting an industry.
Casa 21
Casa 21 is a unique gastronomical experience founded by self-taught chef Jatin Suri. He presents beautifully plated dishes with modern twists on cuisines including Portuguese, Indian, Italian, and more.
