There’s a delicious Palestinian bakery popping up at Dar Wasl Mall this month

Open Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays for the whole month of September, the Hail Bakery pop-up is a must-visit for all foodie fans…

Offering a unique taste of Palestine, Hail is open Friday-Sunday from 11 am until 8 pm. Featuring a small, curated menu of delicious filled breads, chocolates and specialty coffee, you will find this homegrown gem at Dar Wasl Mall (around the back, close to our friends at Myocum).

The HUNTR visited yesterday and tried and loved all three of the bread creations – Palestinian Zaatar leaves with Nabulsi cheese (22AED), Nabulsi cheese & honey (20AED), and Nabulsi cheese (18AED). 

Passionate founder and Chef Selma told us that this kind of bread is usually only available to eat inside Palestinian homes. These delicious creations are proudly crafted using Chef Selma’s beloved Grandmother’s recipes, and you can taste the love and history. Our tip? Ask for extra honey on the side and don’t miss the decadent Hail Mocha (40AED).
