You may recall that The HUNTR first introduced you to Hail’s deliciously decadent ruqaya, when we stumbled across the Hail Bakery pop-up at Dar Wasl Mall in Dubai. Sourcing 65% of the ingredients locally and regionally, Chef Selma is passionately bringing her grandmother’s recipes to life with this project – which should not be missed.
