Mirzam Chocolate Dubai: A bean-to-bar chocolate factory and cafe

The cafe is currently operating an ‘order and pay first’, self-service set-up and the menu features an edited selection of savoury and sweet items that are perfect for breakfast, lunch, a light bite or a decadent treat. The HUNTR opted for the delicious Smoked Salmon Tartine (45AED), which features Birch bakery’s sourdough, smoked salmon farmed and smoked here in the UAE (by Fish Farm), dill labneh and local pickled onions with citrus. Plus the Loaded Croissant (35AED) with cucumber, tomatoes, herbs and mozzarella, which is fresh and tasty. It’s worth noting that you can opt to swap tartines for croissants and vice versa. Plus Mirzam has made the smart decision to partner up with fellow homegrown small business Birch Bakery to supply its carbs (their bread and pastries are faultless).
