Mishkah to host Palestinian supper club next week

Mishkah, a homegrown Palestinian cafe with refillable olive oil stations, olives, herbs, spices, specialty coffee, tea, and more in Al Quoz, is hosting a unique supper club on Monday, February 13…

In collaboration with Chef Khalid, the 5-course set menu is a tribute to Palestine (his homeland) and is complemented with olive oil shots and Palestinian house drinks.  

Preserving culture and traditions, Mishkah’s supper club is a beautiful example of the richness and diversity in Palestinian cuisine. Guests can expect authentic dishes like Musakhan Rolls – crispy, folded Arabic bread stuffed with shredded chicken, olive oil, and sumac; and Maqloubeh, a Palestinian upside-down rice with eggplant.
