Not to be confused with the lively, adults-only Nikki Beach Club, (which is situated a stone’s throw away), The Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai is a tranquil 5* property located on the waterfront of the new Pearl Jumeirah development.
Offering direct access to the Arabian Gulf’s sparkling blue sea and gorgeous, panoramic views of the sun, sky and sea, the day pass at Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai is a ticket you don’t want to miss. Discover the details with The Huntr here…
The name ‘Nikki Beach’ might be familiar. The brainchild of American entrepreneur Jack Penrod and the self-proclaimed “first and original luxury beach club concept that combines the elements of music, dining, entertainment, fashion, film and art into one”, Nikki Beach as a company now boasts 13 beach clubs, 4 hotels and resorts, a lifestyle division (including fashion boutiques and a magazine), special events and Nikki Cares, a 501c3 non-profit charity. Here in Dubai there are two Nikki Beach destinations to explore – the buzzy adults-only beach club and the family-friendly resort and spa. The latter of which is the focus of this feature.
The Huntr visited Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai to dip our toes into the day pass experience and we weren’t disappointed. Think boho furnishings and a cool muted colour palette, swaying palm trees, cosy cabanas and sun beds and a beautiful sparkling swimming pool complete with water-submerged sun beds. We opted to spend the day on the beach, but you can also set up camp by the pool if you prefer. Towels and water are provided and there’s the option to order from the beach and pool menu or to go and take a seat at Cafe Nikki. We opted for the latter and enjoyed a lunch of poke bowls, flat breads, steak frites and burgers. A kid’s menu is also available.
Throughout the property there are various places to sit and relax, whether to read a book in the shade or grab a cocktail and catch up with a friend. Cafe Nikki offers both indoor and outdoor seating for various group sizes and the pool and beach menu features healthy smoothies, soft and hard drinks, salads, mains, burgers, sandwiches, and sharing plates.
The real draw of this experience is the atmosphere, which is incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating and the ideal way to spend a day, morning or afternoon either solo, with friends or family (little ones included) – especially when Dubai’s temperature sit sat that perfect number between 22 and 25 degrees.
