Hot openings: Philotimos to open at Dar Wasl Mall

The folks behind HUNTR fave BB DIFC, are opening a new Greek hotspot at Dar Wasl Mall in Al Safa. Meaning “love of honour”, Philotimos is the brainchild of co-founders Spero Panagakis and Alexander Stumpf. 

The menu will feature authentic Greek dishes and be divided between ‘Meze’ and ‘Grill’. There will also be vegetarian and vegan-friendly options available. 

Alcohol-free, Philtotimos will transport you to a Greek island with its laidback charm, white-washed walls and blue shutters. Opening very soon, stay tuned for more coming to The HUNTR soon…
