Looking for something cool, cultural, nostalgic, and air-conditioned to do this summer? Look no further… as our friends at Cinema Akil announce a classic films showcase.

Running from now until September 14, Summer of Classics will showcase a series of films from Lebanon, Senegal, France, India, the US, and Germany. The lineup includes Hairspray, Once Upon a Time: Beirut, The History of a Star, Thelma & Louise, and more.

Screenings are priced at 56.40AED per ticket and are on a first-come, first-served basis. You can also purchase a Summer of Classics season pass to see all of the films for 240AED. See the schedule and discover the details here.
