“We are on a mission to make you more independent. Allowing you to experiment, look for your passion and leave you with an inquiring mind.” – Sounds promising doesn’t it? And it is… What started life as a workshop and experience business quickly pivoted to become a box delivery service with the arrival of Covid-19 (in fact the plans were always there, the pandemic just speeded things along). The ladies behind Sxill Lab now offer ‘Sxill in a Box’, unique experiences that you can craft out at home for relatively reasonable prices and shop online.

The Huntr tried the first ever Sxill in a Box – the Modular Table. Priced at 500AED, the table was a part of the company’s basic woodworking course, which the community loved so much that they decided to recreate it as an educational kit at home. Kid and adult-friendly, the box comes with all of the parts and tools needed to make the impressive table – all you need at home is a curious mind and an electric drill.
