Looking for a fabulous way to spend your Friday? Look no further than The City Brunch at The Westin – a must-visit foodie extravaganza located in the heart of Al Habtoor City Dubai. Join The Huntr as we present our full review and pictures…
The Friday brunch is a Dubai institution and there are many to choose from. This particular offering is definitely worth your attention. Located at The Westin in Al Habtoor City near Business Bay, The City Brunch takes place at the hotel’s Seasonal Tastes restaurant. There is a whole host of cuisines, kitchen stations, and tasty corners to explore here – all whilst enjoying the buzzy atmosphere and classic 80s tunes playing from the speakers.
From 1pm until 4.30pm, every Friday, guests can select from the following brunch packages: 495 AED with free flow of bubbly, select wines and beers, 350 AED with free flow of house beverages or 249 AED with soft drinks only.
Food-wise, there’s an assortment of Japanese, Chinese, Indian, Mediterranean and seafood dishes to choose from. We loved the ‘Tomato Bar’ with burrata cheeses and salad, and there’s also an Arabic salad bar, a steak bar and an expansive cheese table complete with a cold cuts station. The Eggs Benedict made fresh at the chef’s station is a must try. All tastes are catered to and you’ll be hard-pushed to find something you don’t love. Sweet tooths will also be pleased to learn that there is a heap of desserts on offer here too, including traditional Arabic classics, cakes, sweets and even some (divine) fried ice-cream!
In terms of drinks, you can either go party-party and select from one of the alcoholic packages or stick to soft drinks and just enjoy the food.
The team was very welcoming, and we loved that the manager visited every table to check on the guests. And the chefs are incredibly passionate, showcasing their talents at their various stations, which makes for a very community-vibes, fun and theatrical experience.
All and all this is a must-visit brunch and the perfect place to take visitors you want to impress or to celebrate a special occasion.
