Say bonjour to Trois Speciality Coffee Dubai, which isn’t actually French – the French for three (‘Trois’) is a nod to its three Emirati pilot founders.
This little homegrown gem serves a variety of speciality coffees including standard hot drinks like Flat White (22AED), Latte (23AED), and Piccolo (19AED), alongside slightly more exotic options like a Rose Latte (25AED), Matcha Latte (25AED) and a Spanish Latte (25AED). Cold Drinks include Iced Latte (23AED), Iced Spanish Latte (25AED) and Iced Red Velvet (25AED), and a Saffron Latte (29AED). There are also Chemex, V60, and Aeropress filters available plus organic teas.
The coffee beans are sourced from the likes of Drop Coffee Roasters in Sweden, Man vs Machine in Germany, and the Dubai-based Nusantara Coffee Roasters amongst others.
Food-wise there is a small selection of pastries from the nearby Yamanote Atelier, including one of the best cheese croissants we’ve ever tried. Alongside a selection of desserts and sweet treats from another Emirati concept – 8 Ounce.
The WiFi is free and strong making this a great place to work or study and there’s free parking out the front.
Insider tip: Open from 7am daily apart from Friday when it opens at 8am.
