Meet Wild & The Moon Dubai – the cool kids’ favourite healthy food spot…
Situated in an expansive warehouse in the creative, urban district of Al Quoz in Dubai, Wild & The Moon provides the UAE’s clean-living-lovers with all manner of healthy produce. Including one of the most extensive juice menus in Dubai, which features smoothies, vitality shots and cold-pressed juices with names like ‘Golden Latte’ and ‘Coco Chia’. And for those who prefer to get their energy from caffeine, Wild & The Moon offers a variety of coffee beverages – including hot and cold options.
Feeling peckish? Wild & The Moon has a small selection of nutritious salads, health bars and sugar-free (obvs) sweet stuff. The salads are on the steep side – 45dhs for a smallish-medium-sized serving. The juices are also a little steep: 40dhs for a normal size, 25dhs for a half-serve. But it’s worth noting that everything at Wild & The Moon is 100% organic and the juices are cold-pressed and unpasteurised, which means that they are not heated or chemically treated. So you get what you pay for in terms of nutritional content at this quaint cafe.
Wild & The Moon was founded by one-time Dubai resident and Paris-dweller Emma Sawko, who also co-founded the other immensely popular health food cafe in Dubai: Comptoir 102. Sawko partnered up with vegan chef Sati Faulks to create the delicacies on offer at Wild & The Moon Dubai, and two versions of the cafe are also open in Paris (ignited by Faulks): a Wild Bar and a Wild Lab.
Ps. Wild & The Moon now has a pretty little corner at the swanky Robinson’s department store. More on that here.
Insider tip: You can also find Wild & The Moon’s delicacies at a host of cafes, stores and even gyms around the UAE. Including Tom & Serg, Common Grounds, FlyWheel, Bare Fitness, Urban Yoga and many more (see the official website for full details).
